C.M.S English School is established with a social cause in mind to contribute towards educational development of this area. The chairman of this school-trust (R.E. M.S.I) is Mr. Girish M. Shah who is also the president of Jain Sthankvasi Mandal, Dombivli. Trust is providing full financial assistance to C.M.S English School & promises to develop this school till junior & Degree College.

SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

C.M.S is a well disciplined school with rules and regulations which has to be followed by the whole school which includes students, teachers, other staff members, principal, management as well as the trustees. Parents should read the rules and regulations and are abided by these rules. Violation of these rules will be considering an offence and can lead to disciplinary action.

Students should be in full C.M.S Uniform and CALENDAR compulsory.
Parents should see that their children complete all the assignments regularly.
75% Attendance is a must, for promotion.
Any kind of misbehaviour can lead to disciplinary action.
During school hours parents cannot meet their child or teacher. Previous sanction of the administrator is necessary for any such a meeting.
Fees are to be paid before 12th of every month otherwise fine will be charged.
School leaving certificate will not be issued to any student immediately in any case. One month prior application for L.C. is required for issuing it.
Fees once remitted will, under no circumstance be refunded.

Long absence without notice will result into cancellation of name from school.
The Administrator has the final words over the school matters.
Six month non-payment of fees will result into cancellation of name from school.
Parents should come on time to leave and take their child.
Students should compulsory talk in ENGLISH in school premises. If caught fine will be charged for the same.
Parents are given to understand that they cannot dictate to the management but that the management have a right to say on what conditions they will admit or retain in the school (Grate-in-aid-code)
