• Original Birth Certificate – LAMINATED from the municipal register.
• One True copy (attested copy) & Xerox copy of birth certificate.
• One passport size photo & two photo copy of size (1.7 cm x 2.0 cm)

Documents needed along with admission form, for Standard 2nd to Standard 10th

• The ORIGINAL LEAVING CERTIFICATE, if the pupil comes from another recognised school.
• In case of STATE / DISTRICT change, COUNTER SIGNATURE of education officer behind ORIGINAL LEAVING CERTIFICATE is compulsory.
• In case of local school transfer, N.O.C (NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE) will be required from the previous attended school or from the concerned authority.
• Original MARKSHEET of previous passed year.
• One passport size photo & two photo copy of size (1.7 cm x 2.0 cm) [in a cover with form No., Std., and the name on it.]
