The Chanchalben Manilal Shah (CMS) English School is run by Rural Educational and Medical Society R.E.M.S.I an educational trust focusing on overall development of students
It was started in the 10th October 1993 from Class One to Class Four. With natural growth the first batch of SSC students passed out in the year 2001. Since its inception it has been working towards the holistic development of students. It is a social organization registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860.
The development of a nation is intrinsically linked to the progress of society, which in turn relies on the growth and development of individuals. At C.M.S. English School, we are committed to this philosophy, with our guiding principle being the "Holistic Development of Every Child".
C.M.S. English School is a fully government-recognized institution and a shining beacon in the educational landscape of Dombivli. As a flagship initiative of our Model School Project, C.M.S. currently serves 1,800 students and is equipped to accommodate up to 3,000 learners in its well-maintained premises.

The Management’s mission is to provide students conducive and secure learning. Our aim is to fuse strong cultural fundamentals of Indian society with advanced learning tools acquired from the world over giving education in an exciting and dynamic direction

It is with great pleasure and deep sense of responsibility that I would like to reach across to you. As said by the famous American Education Reform John Dewey (1859-1952) “Education is not a preparation for life, education is life itself”. Inspired from this our education motto “Excellence in Education”

I would like to reiterate the commitment of each member of the school towards our unwavering dedication towards the growth and wellbeing of our students. In this rapid paced and fast changing environment; our essence of resilience, adaptability and innovativeness have been crucial in navigating the many challenges that have come our way, particularly in the past few years.

Our school has always been more than just a place of learning; it is a vibrant and inclusive community. We provide a platform and work hard backstage to applaud our students in all their activities, be with them, behind them and around them. CMS English School rejoices, celebrates the success of its students has created a niche for itself in the field of education. Together, we have successfully created an environment that encourages academic achievement, personal development and the exploration of the full potential of each student. I want to express my sincere appreciation for our teachers for their exemplary teaching and the support staff for their tireless efforts, each one’s ability to adapt swiftly and their unwavering dedication to our students.
